• Clamp and set up
• Injection end set up

• Machine monitoring, ancillary functions, diagnostics.
• The Profile System
• Velocity Pressure Transfer (VPT)
• Overview of Q.C and S.P.C Systems

Course Aim
The delegate should gain a full understanding of the machine operating system and the confidence to use the advanced functions to enable the machine to run at the optimum of its capabilities.

Who will Benefit?
This two-day course is structured to benefit personnel directly involved with machine setting. As a minimum, the delegate should have a basic understanding of Injection Moulding.

What will the Delegate learn?
• Detailed understanding of the machine operating system and controls from basics.
• Theoretical considerations / procedures and general principles when setting up for production.
• How to analyse and interpret feedback information from the machine monitoring facilities.
• Considerations and assessing applications to use the profile system and hydraulic pressure changeover.
