Sandretto's Service Support Packages are structured to provide you with life time costs for your moulding machines, allowing for overall projections of production overheads. We provide the following packages: • Sandretto Remote Premier Care Telephone Technical Support and Breakdown Assistance • Planned Maintenance & Calibration Services Sandretto can work with you to design custom plans that perfectly meet your needs or you can select a package from our extensive range, which you can be sure will be competitively priced. We understand that not all our customer's needs are the same and therefore we will work with you to give you the service package that suits your equipment requirements. Of course a fully serviced machine is no good without fully serviced ancillaries, therefore we can incorporate these to have a complete serviced cell to minimise disruption to you production schedule. We can include filter changes with oil analysis, strain checks to ensure long life of your tie bars, back up battery replacement and special discounts on labour rates and spare parts when opting for a service contract. Many benefits can accrue from a Sandretto UK service contract. It is clear proven that machines under service contract are far more reliable than those that are not. We estimate that the likelihood of failure or breakdown is 60% higher without a service contract in place. The likelihood of serious damage occurring and therefore machine replacement is also that much higher. • Preventative Maintenance A higher level of service to your machine and/or robot with two visits per annum to carry out a complete service of your equipment to ensure optimum performance and reliability throughout it's life. Equipment checks include a full function check including optional extras, all mechanical adjustments, inspection of wearing parts and a complete electrical and hydraulic calibration of the equipment with certification. Minor repairs and faults will also be rectified during the service. The frequency of service intervals ensures that the problems can be hilighted at an early stage and rectified accordingly before becomming costly unplanned failures. A complete report will be issued at the time of the visit and a remedial quotation will be generated automatically to allow you to action any potential problems immediately. • Annual Service and Calibration An annual service of your machine and/or robot to carry out a complete service of your equipment to ensure continued performance and reliability. Equipment checks include a full function check including optional extras, all mechanical adjustments, inspection of wearing parts and a complete electrical and hydraulic calibration of the equipment with certification. Minor repairs and faults will also be rectified during the service. A complete report will be issued at the time of the visit and a remedial quotation will be generated automatically to allow you to action any potential problems immediately. • Annual Calibration A complete electrical and hydraulic calibration of the machine including barrel temperature and PID settings, pressure and speed servo valve control, and pressure and position transducers. A calibration certificate will be issued for your records.
