• Andy Roberts - European Subsidiaries Service Manager - 21 Years working the plastics industry
• Bob Earl - Service Manager: 28 Years with Sandretto
• Six service engineers with two of them specialising in electronics and software

Back at base supporting the team are:

• Full Electronics Lab for electronic board repair to component level
• Spares team - Scott Goode and Dave Orton
